Will the Blackhawks iOS and Android Apps work on my device?

The App currently works on all Apple mobile devices with iOS 6.0 and above, as well as all Android devices using version 2.3 with a screen of 5.5 in. and smaller.

Why won't the App work on my Android tablet?

Since there are so many permutations of the Android tablet, including screen resolution and operating system, it is difficult to optimize. We hope to support a wider range of Android devices in the near future.

Why am I being asked to give permission to share my personal information using the Android App?

This request occasionally occurs due to the App's Send To A Friend function. The device's operating system is requestion permission to use the owner's Email, Twitter or Facebook info, but the Blackhawks are NOT collecting any personal user data.

How can I download the Blackhawks Apps?

The Blackhawks App is available for free on iTunes HERE.

For Windows, the App can be downloaded through the Windows Store HERE.

How do I turn on/off the push notifications on my device?

For iPhone: Click on your iPhone's Settings icon and select Notifications. Select the Blackhawks App and modify your notification preferences. For Android: Push the device Menu button while App is open. This will bring up the in App menu items. Select push notifications, prompt will appear.

What features does the App have?

Once you have downloaded the Blackhawks App onto your device, you will have access to exclusive news, featured articles, social media updates, photos from practices, games and behind-the-scenes, Blackhawks.com and Blackhawks TV produced video, the Blackhawks interactive schedule, up to the second scores, stats and standings. Certain features vary by device.
